Open Water / New Diver Course

To kick off your diving adventure you start off with an online learning module that guides you through all the knowledge you need to begin your diver training. This is fully self-paced, and you can ask your instructor questions as you go through the modules.

Confined water is what we call the pool! It is essential to first learn skills in a safe and controlled environment. If you choose to learn here with The Adventure Diver we have partnered with Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ to bring high-quality PADI dive education to this part of the South Jersey region.

The third and final part of your new diver training will include diving in the open water! Whether that be a lake, quary, or the ocean. Take a look at our training trips to determine where you want to finish out your diver training!

Training doesn’t just stop at your first open water diver certification, there is always more to learn in diving. No matter how far advanced you already are.

We also offer classes that might be of interest for divers and non-divers alike. If you are simply an ocean-lover looking to learn more, inquire about our educational programs. These classes have much more flexibility and can be done anywhere to promote marine education.

This adventure includes not only 3-4 action packed days of diving, but also a few days to explore everything the beautiful keys has to offer with a full day to go through Key West like a local.

Are you are interested, but potentially nervous or not 100% sure if this is a great fit for you? Then that is totally fine! Scuba diving does not appeal to everyone. However, if you are curious to try something new that opens a whole new world to discover, then book a DISCOVERY SCUBA DIVE (DSD) with us and we will have one of our instructors work with you in either a small class setting or individually in the pool.
